WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EST TUESDAY...for Ontonagon County. Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 12 inches. The heaviest snow will be in the Porcupine Mountains and north of M-28 and west of US-45. Isolated amounts up to 15 inches possible in the Porcupine Mountains.  Accumulating lake effect snow will continue through Wednesday downwind of Lake Superior in the northwest wind snow belts. Wind chill readings around 15 to 25 below zero will be possible early Tuesday morning over the western half of Upper Michigan.
