TOWN OF PELICAN, WISC - The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office says a 4-year-old was killed in an ATV crash on Saturday in the Town of Pelican.  On Saturday an ATV operated by three children ages 9, 7, and 4 had rolled over, trapping the 4-year-old under the ATV.  The 4-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene after witnesses had attempted life-saving measures.
