PARK FALLS - The cause of the crash that resulted in the death of a 29-year-old woman died Thursday on State Highway 182 in Price County remains under investigation. Law enforcement reports the woman, who was the only person the vehicle, was ejected during the crash. The incident occurred just after 2:30 p.m. near Cedar Rapids Road, approximately 10 miles east of Park Falls, according to Price County Sheriff Brian Schmidt. Deputies arriving at the scene found the woman deceased. Her identity has not yet been released. The Price County Sheriff’s Office along with the Park Falls Police Department, Park Falls Fire & Rescue, Park Falls Ambulance Service, and the Price County Coroner’s Office all assisted at the scene.
