UPPER MICHIGAN - A 21-year-old Laurium man was arrested after leading police on a high-speed chase yesterday morning in the Eastern U.P..  According to a press release from the Mackinaw City Police Department, at around 1:50 a.m., an officer was dispatched to the Mackinac Bridge for a vehicle driving southbound on I-75 that went through the tolls without paying.  Police say speeds reached up to 110mph.  The suspect then made a U-turn hitting the front of the police car, causing minor damage.  The driver was taken into custody and is lodged at the Cheboygan County Jail.  No injuries were reported.
