PRICE COUNTY - A Phillips woman found guilty of giving a man from the town Eisenstein just outside Park Falls methamphetamine that killed him last year has been sentenced in Price County Court. Jodie Lee Bucheger, 41, was sentenced by Judge Ann Knox-Bauer to 6 years prison with credit for two months' time served and 6 years extended supervision in a plea deal in which she was convicted of second degree reckless homicide, rather than the original Class D felony, delivery of schedule 1 or 2 controlled substance resulting in death which carried a 60-year maximum sentence. Bucheger must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment.
