HAYWARD - Wisconsin governor Tony Evers visited Hayward yesterday to celebrate homeownership month.  Governor Evers toured what’s known as the “Impact Hayward Homes” site.  The site will be home to a 40-unit low-income housing tax credit development which should be finished next summer and will serve Tamarack Health employees and the Hayward community.  Additionally, the development will include classroom space for Northwood Technical College for manufacturing training classes.  The project received state loan money.
