UPPER MICHIGAN / N. WISC - a bit of relief at the pump with gas prices dropping by 15 cents on average since last week.  The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded in Michigan this morning is $3.83, down 15 cents from last week and 9 cents less than this time last month, according to AAA. The price of a gallon is still 67 cents more than this time last year.  Drivers in Michigan are paying 22 cents per gallon less than the national average, which dropped to $4.05.  In the UP the lowest gas price is in Menominee County at $3.75 the highest in Mackinac County at 4.17.  Ironwood prices this morning at $3.91, Hurley $3.87, around the region Ontonagon $3.98, Minocqua $3.63, Ashland $3.61, Mellen $3.69, Glidden has the lowest price in the region at $3.53.
