UPPER MICHIGAN – The Michigan State Police say they received nearly 80 submissions from students across the state, all putting their own creative spin on the MSP shield in a coloring contest. The State Police have narrowed the submissions down to their top 10 designs and are now asking the public to choose the winner!   One like = one vote. Voting is open now through April 17 at 3 p.m. Eastern time.  We have a link on our Facebook page for you to vote for your favorite.
