N. WISCONSIN - Community members are invited to attend, learn about gardening and local environmental issues, and take home some free seeds at the second annual Chequamegon Bay Seed Fair on Saturday from 10-2 at the Breeting Community Center in Ashland. The event is hosted by the Beaser Community Garden and Cable Community Farm. The Ashland/Bayfield County Master Gardeners Association will be there to answer your questions and gardeners who save seed as encouraged to bring seeds to share in the giveaway. Last year, the inaugural event saw over 400 in attendance from the Ashland and Chequamegon area, and with some coming from as far as the U.P., Duluth and Madison.
