N. WISCONSIN - The Wisconsin Realtors Association recently released the January 2026 home sales report. This month the report compares January 2026 to January 2025.  House listings in January were down 1.7% compared to the year before.  Last January the statewide median house price was $292,000 compared to this year at $315,000 which is up about 7.9%.  Typically, home sales are lower during the winter months in Northern Wisconsin and should improve in the next few months.
