BESSEMER TOWNSHIP - Bessemer Township Fire Department responded to a reported 2 car motor vehicle accident at the intersection of US Highway 2 and Puritan Road yesterday. Snow-covered and slippery roads factors in the cause of that accident.  No serious injuries reported.  The Gogebic County Sheriff’s Department and Beacon EMS also responding to the scene.
