MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Republican U.S. Senate candidate Eric Hovde has conceded defeat in the race narrowly won by Democratic Sen. Tammy Baldwin, saying he will not pursue a recount. Hovde would have had to pay for a recount himself.
