N. WISCONSIN – The Wisconsin State Christmas Tree has been harvested from Rhinelander for the 2nd year in a row.  The 36 feet Balsam Fir will be placed in the State Capitol’s rotunda and will be lit up on December 5th in their annual ceremony.
