FREEZE WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM CDT/ TONIGHT TO 9 AM CDT/ tomorrow.  Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected for inland areas of central and western Upper Michigan and all of Northern Wisconsin.  Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
