ONTONAGON COUNTY - Two local road projects are set to begin next week, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation. Starting Monday, MDOT will pave the carpool lot at the M-38 and M-26 intersection in Ontonagon County, with work expected to finish by July 20. On July 7, crews will begin resurfacing 1.5 miles of M-64 in Marenisco, with that project scheduled for completion by the end of August. Motorists are advised to be ready for traffic control and possible delays in those areas.
