PARK FALLS - A project to build the Flambeau River YMCA in Park Falls will begin with a groundbreaking ceremony.  The Flambeau River YMCA will go where the previous City Hall was in Park Falls on Highway 13.  A childcare center, gymnasium, wellness center and a space for seniors and families is included in the plans.  The ceremonial groundbreaking will take place on Wednesday, June 19 at 10 a.m.
