BOULDER JUNCTION - A 42-year-old man from Milwaukee has been arrested for his sixth OWI offense in Boulder Junction.  Joshua Groth, of Milwaukee, was stopped in his vehicle on Sunday, in the town of Boulder Junction.  The Wisconsin State Patrol Wausau Post observed Groth crossing over the center line showing signs of being impaired.  He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating with a revoked license.
