BESSEMER - Marty’s Goldenaires performed in the rain in front of an estimated 300,000 people in Washington DC yesterday during the nation’s 250th Memorial Day parade.  Marty’s Goldenaires raised $80,000 for the trip.  The parade aired on several TV networks including Cspan and on YouTube.  Marty’s also did a surprise performance at the Lincoln Memorial and at a Washington DC pub before loading on a bus to begin their return trip back to Bessemer.
