ONEIDA COUNTY - A 70-year-old Salem, Wisconsin man is dead after a UTV crash in Oneida County Saturday.  When deputies arrived, they found the driver of the UTV, David McMillen, had crashed into a tree. McMillen was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger, 57-year-old Ronald Miller of Bristol, was treated for minor injuries on the scene and was released.
