IRONWOOD / N. WISCONSIN - Michigan drivers are now paying $3.96/gallon for regular unleaded fuel, up 38 cents since this time last month and up 88 cents since this time last year.  Drivers are now paying an average of $60 for a full 15-gallon tank of gas.  In the U.P. the highest prices are in Schoolcraft County at $4.25, the lowest in Delta County at $3.96 Ironwood prices at $4.01 a gallon this morning. In Northern Wisconsin prices at $3.89 in Hurley, $3.86 in Mercer, $3.76 in Ashland, Minocqua $3.73 and Glidden at $3.65.
