UPPER MICHIGAN - The June 9 deaths of a son and his father on Isle Royale have been ruled a murder-suicide.  The death certificates show the medical examiner determined John Baird’s manner of death was homicide and that he was “stabbed multiple times by his son.”  Bradley’s manner of death was determined to be a suicide.  Investigators have not released a suspected motive for the murder or provided additional details about circumstances leading up to the deaths.
