IRONWOOD / N. WISC - Gas prices in Michigan dropped 22 cents per gallon in the past week, but the cost is still relatively high. Motorists are now paying an average of $4.47 a gallon for regular unleaded gas. This is down 22 cents from a week ago, but 42 cents more than this time last month and $1.36 more than this time last year.  Ironwood prices dropped by 15 cents a gallon compared to this time last week, holding at $4.42 a gallon this morning.  Around the region Ontonagon $4.56, Bergland $4.45, Mercer $4.39, Watersmeet $4.32, Lac Du Flambeau $4.28, Minocqua $4.20, Ashland $4.17, Hurley and Glidden $4.15, The Lowest gas price we could find in our region was in Park Falls at $4.10
