...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...Mixed precipitation. Moderate to heavy snow will continue or develop across much of central to northern Minnesota into extreme northwest Wisconsin. A wintry mix, including sleet, light freezing rain, and rain is expected to develop east- central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin through the day. The precipitation will diminish in intensity and coverage tonight into Thursday morning. Additional snow accumulations up to two inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
