BLIZZARD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST/ THIS AFTERNOON...Blizzard conditions continue this morning. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.  Whiteout conditions are expected to continue though midday.
