ASHLAND - An Ashland woman is facing a total of 36 charges after she was accused of wiring money and making unauthorized purchases using funds from her employer. Law enforcement says Mandy Ruberg, 36, worked as an office manager for South Shore Sand & Gravel and South Shore Water Systems. Her illegal use of her position resulted in more than $100K in losses for both businesses. Ruberg has been previously charged with felonies in Ashland County. She is also facing 96 charges connected to another case in Ashland County. She is slated to make an initial appearance in October. If convicted of all charges, she faces more than 300 years in prison.
