MADISON - State Sen. Kelda Roy announced she’s launching her campaign for Wisconsin Governor today. Roy is the senator for District 26 in Madison.  She’s now the fifth person, and the third Democratic candidate, to officially campaign for the open seat since Gov. Tony Evers announced he’s not running for a third term. The election for Wisconsin’s next governor will be in November 2026.
