BOULDER JUNCTION - Vilas County expanded ATV/UTV access to all county highways earlier this year. Now Boulder Junction is considering opening its roads to riders.  Although the topic has been home to controversy within the township.  Many have cited safety concerns about ATVs being used in such close proximity to cyclists, as well as the noise the vehicles would bring to neighborhoods.  The local ATV Club says opening the roads would boost business and bring in more visitors. The board is looking to gain public opinion through a survey and get a better understanding of where the people stand on the issue.
