MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Wisconsin judge accused of helping a man evade arrest in her courtroom by U.S. immigration agents will stand trial in December. Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan’s attorneys said in federal court yesterday that she will not appeal a federal judge’s ruling rejecting her attempt to dismiss the case. U.S. District Judge Lynn Adelman scheduled Dugan’s trial to begin Dec. 15. It is expected to last about a week.
