IRONWOOD – Road Construction gets back underway today in the city of Ironwood.  The city released their Phase 5 construction schedule which includes installing water and sewer main on Michigan Street, from Lowell Street working east to Douglas Blvd, installing water main on Ridge Street, from Lowell Street to Douglas Blvd, completing water and sewer services on Lowell Street, from Harding Ave to Ridge Street and from Lowell Street to Douglas Blvd.  Road crews will be working on W Harding Ave, from Lowell Street to Hemlock Street and on Lawrence Street, from Michigan Street to Ridge Street. For the Superior Street project, a grading crew will be on site today to finish grading the street near the fairgrounds with asphalt scheduled for either tomorrow or Thursday.
