WISCONSIN - The Wisconsin Department of Health Services announced two new measles cases in Southern Wisconsin, bringing the total number of cases in Wisconsin this year to four.  Wisconsin is particularly susceptible to an outbreak, with Wisconsin rates for the measles vaccine in kindergartners falling below most other state averages at 84.8%.  Michigan currently has 13 Measles cases with a 91.6% vaccination rate.  None of the Michigan cases are in the U.P.
