MINOCQUA - The Minocqua Brewing Company was granted an emergency business injunction from the Wisconsin District Court of Appeals which will keep the business open for now.  The Brewery, owned by Kirk Bangstad, had its permit revoked by the Oneida County Zoning board on Wednesday.  In June, the Board ordered Minocqua Brewing Company to stop outdoor seating for 90 days, but Bangstad appealed.
