N. WISCONSIN - In its June 2025 Wisconsin Real Estate Report, the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA) revealed existing home sales increased year-over-year in June for the first time in four years.  the statewide median home price rose 4.6% to $340,000. Affordability improved 2.6% year-over-year, and the average 30-year fixed mortgage rate fell slightly, from 6.92% in June 2024 to 6.82% in June.  Year-to-date, home sales were essentially flat, rising just 0.1% compared to the first half of 2024, while the median home price increased 6.7% to $320,000.  In Northern Wisconsin sale are up 17.6% to 6 months of supply, indicating a balanced market in that region.
