N. WISCONSIN / U.P. - The Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service has donated $35,000 to Habitat for Humanity Northwoods to help purchase land for a future home in the Lakeland area. Officials say the gift will expand homeownership opportunities for local families. The annual charitable contribution reflects GNMLS's commitment to supporting projects that strengthen communities across northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.
