ONEIDA COUNTY — Seven more people were arrested, in an unrelated drug bust, including five from Rhinelander, after a 'lengthy investigation' in a fentanyl distribution ring, according to an Oneida County Sheriff's Office news release.  Police say the drug ring planned to transport fentanyl to the Rhinelander area for distribution.  Five of the Seven Arrested are from Rhinelander and two others are from Chicago.
