WAUSAU - The Marathon County Health Department has issued an overdose alert.  The health department says Marathon County is seeing an increase in drug overdose activity over the past week.  Signs of an overdose include unresponsiveness or unconsciousness, slowed or stopped breathing, cold or clammy skin, and discolored lips or fingernails.
