BESSEMER - The Bessemer City Hall, along with the Bessemer Public Library, will be closed TODAY.  City staff will be cleaning up and getting ready to host a rummage "surplus" sale from tomorrow through Thursday in the auditorium of the city hall building.  Office staff will be periodically checking their voicemails throughout the day today. If you need to make a payment, you are asked to utilize the payment box which is located just outside of the library entrance or pay online though the cities website. City Hall will reopen tomorrow at 8 a.m.
