IRONWOOD – It may only be late June, but plans have been underway for this year’s Gogebic County Fair and more entertainment has been signed for this year’s Fair.

The Superior Horns to perform on the second night of the fair, which runs from August 7th to the 10th. The board also learned that two stalls in the cattle barn had been repaired, an overhang has been added to the side of the expo building for shade and the board heard an update on construction of the horse barn. The bubblegum blowing contest was moved so that kids events didn’t overlap, which means more opportunities for kids to have fun throughout the fair.
