LAC DU FLAMBEAU – A Federal judge ruled yesterday that the Lac Du Flambeau Tribe must temporarily stop enforcing its fishing restrictions on non-tribal members while the tribe’s lawsuit with the State of Wisconsin moves forward.  The ruling essentially continues a temporary restraining order against the tribe issued last month.  The tribe says the restrictions were put in place on lakes within the Lac Du Flambeau Reservation for their conservation efforts.
