MADISON- Sen. Tammy Baldwin's name was included on a list of lawmakers a Minnesota man appeared to have been targeting over the weekend.   Law enforcement informed Baldwin yesterday that she was included on the shooter's list of names.  On Saturday, a masked man shot Minnesota Rep. Melissa Hortman, her husband, Minnesota Sen. John Hoffman and his wife. The Hortmans died from their injuries, while the Hoffmans were taken to the hospital, where they are recovering. Both Rep. Hortman and Sen. Hoffman are Democrats.  The Associated Press reports the list also included the names of abortion rights advocates and health care officials. The suspect, Vance Boelter, is facing federal murder and stalking charges.
