MINOCQUA — The 62-year-old driver who died in a rollover crash in Minocqua Thursday has been identified as Richard Mastaglio, of Minocqua.  Just before 11 a.m. Thursday, the Minocqua Police Department responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on Highway 51 near Timber Ridge Road.  The vehicle was going north and went into the east ditch on Highway 51, hit a culvert and flipped over.  Mastaglio was pronounced dead at the scene.
