ONEIDA COUNTY - The Oneida County Health Department will begin weekly beach testing today which includes Sugar Camp Public Beach in Sugar Camp and Torpy Park in Minocqua.  The health department tests the water for E. coli. They will also monitor the beaches for cleanliness and blue-green algae blooms.
