N. WISCONSIN - A Solon Springs couple pleaded not guilty yesterday after appearing virtually in Douglas County Court.  The two are charged with setting fire to their own restaurant.  Kimberley and Steven Kastern are charged with two felonies, including arson and manufacturing THC. They are accused of setting fire to the Hog-Wild BBQ and Smokehouse restaurant in June 2025 in Solon Springs.  They will both be back in court in early September.
