NEGAUNEE - A Negaunee teenager is accused of sexually assaulting and taking inappropriate photos of a woman last year.  18-year-old Carsen Belanger, of Negaunee is charged in Marquette County District Court with eight felonies — three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct-personal injury, four counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct-personal injury, and one count of capturing/distributing an image of an unclothed person.  Belanger was arrested on April 17 in the school parking lot, according to the criminal complaint.  Police say the alleged victim, including four 18-year-olds, a19-year-old, one 14-year-old, one 46-year-old woman, and one 49-year-old man.  Belanger is scheduled for a preliminary exam hearing on May 28.
