IRONWOOD - Marty’s Goldenaires, with a 76-year history of musical performance, has been invited to march in the Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C., on May 25. To cover the remaining costs of the trip, the band is hosting a fundraising concert tonight at the Historic Ironwood Theatre. Commander Jake Zielinski noted that the group has already raised approximately $75,000, bringing them very close to their financial goal. "So if we pack the theatre on Friday night, we should get over that hump, Zielinski stated. All proceeds from the concert will directly support the Goldenaires' travel to the nation’s capital. Anyone interested in providing further support can contact the Gogebic County Federal Credit Union.  Tonight's show at the Theater Starts at 7pm
