UPPER MICHIGAN / IRONWOOD - the state average gas price fell 11 cents over the past week, according to AAA of Michigan.  That puts the state average at 3.04 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas, which is 7 cents less than this time last month, and 68 cents less than this time last year. Meanwhile, the national average remains unchanged from last week at $3.15 per gallon.  Around the Upper Peninsula, the lowest average is in Houghton County at $2.94. The highest is in Mackinac County at $3.32.  Ironwood prices at $3.11 this morning.
