MADISON - State legislators have still not held a vote on Gov. Evers’ proposal to ban gerrymandering.  After postponing the special session on Tuesday, lawmakers were scheduled to reconvene at 10 a.m. yesterday, but Republican leaders postponed the special session again until 10 a.m. on Tuesday.  No word on the reason for the extensions.
