ISHPEMING - A police department in Minnesota says two people have been arrested in Upper Michigan after a homicide Sunday in Moorhead.  The Moorhead Police Department says 35-year-old Jerome Anthony Thomas III and his alleged accomplice, 32-year-old Abby Nicole Fredrickson, were taken into custody after a traffic stop near Ishpeming.  Moorhead police say just after 9:30 Sunday, they were called to a report of gunshots. Police say they found a male victim at the scene with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  Moorhead police say this is an ongoing multi-jurisdictional investigation that spans several states and that there is no threat to public safety.
