UPPER MICHIGAN – Several Thousand are still without power this morning in the U.P. from Iron River to Iron Mountain to the Mackinac Bridge.  That’s the result of the big Ice Storm over the weekend.  Warming centers have been opened for those affected.  No estimate of when power will be restored has been provided.
