MADISON - The Wisconsin Elections Commission is warning voters not to bet on election outcomes because it could disqualify their ballot.  Popular prediction sites like Kalshi and Polymarket show thousands of dollars on the line for upcoming statewide races.  The Wisconsin Elections Commission said it has not received any complaints regarding bets on elections, nor has the commission disqualified someone’s ballot election betting.  According to the Legislative Reference Bureau, voting as a disqualified voter constitutes election fraud, which is a felony.
