LAC DU FLAMBEAU - The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians Tribal Police Department has announced that a 37-year-old woman has reportedly gone missing. Melissa Beson was last seen in the late afternoon of Monday the 17th, walking on Indian Village Road near Wayman Lane in Lac du Flambeau, heading toward Highway 47 wearing red sweatpants, a black sleeveless shirt, and a gray sweatshirt. Beson is Native American, 5’7, medium in build, has brown hair and brown eyes, and has tattoos on her arms, legs, and neck. Anyone with information on her whereabouts or disappearance, please contact the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police.
